If you’re looking for a fine natural dubbing for small flies, this pine squirrel skin is the best option. The fibers are fine and the guard hairs long and thin. It dubs very easily, especially when the thread is coated with a fine dubbing wax.
This is a large skin, making it excellent value for money over the long term.
