Our mission is to provide anglers of all levels with the best products, expert advice, and a welcoming space to share their passion for fly fishing. Whether it’s introducing newcomers to the sport or helping experienced anglers find their next adventure, we are dedicated to fostering a community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting fly fishing gear, equipment, and accessories
Provide expert advice on fly fishing techniques, local waters, and gear maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Process sales transactions and manage inventory
Help with product stocking, pricing, and displays
Keep up-to-date with the latest fly fishing trends, techniques, and equipment
Contribute to the growth of the business by learning about new products and improving customer service

Requirements

A genuine passion for fly fishing, with knowledge of local fly fishing spots and techniques
A growth mindset – eager to learn, improve, and stay current with the latest fly fishing trends
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in with all aspects of store operations
Prior retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
Fly-tying experience would be ideal, but not essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence
