The new Mouche 6440 is a thin-wire version of the popular Mouche 6438 hook. The original Mouche 6438 was perfect for larger fish species such as Smallmouth Yellowfish, but we found it overkill for smaller fish like our local Rainbow and Brown Trout.

The Mouche 6440 has a wide-gape and thin wire which results in excellent hookups. Available in sizes ranging from #16 to #20 and packets containing 25 or 50 hooks.
