The High and Dry Floatant Pretreatment is designed to prepare your flies before you even get to the water, allowing you to fish with confidence and spend less time applying floatant on the stream.
By pre-treating your flies at home, you can treat multiple flies at once, ensuring they are fully coated and ready to perform. The advanced formula is engineered to both soak into fly materials and dry on the surface, creating a long-lasting waterproof and buoyant barrier.
The wide-mouth bottle allows flies to be fully submerged, ensuring complete coverage. After soaking, simply remove the flies and allow them to dry overnight before storing them in your fly box. This process results in flies that float better and require less maintenance during your session.
The pretreatment works effectively on all fly types, including those tied with delicate materials like CDC, and is odorless, solvent-free, and environmentally friendly.
Packaged in a durable HDPE bottle with a screw cap, it is designed to prevent spills on your tying desk. The generous 50g (2 oz.) capacity allows you to treat a large number of flies before needing to reapply.
