The Three Falls syndicate is one of South Africa’s premier trout destinations. It is, in our opinion, one of the best spots to hone your skills as a river angler, and because the farm runs its own hatchery, the river is stocked to the brim.
We’ve secured a hard-to-find week during the best time of the year and will be hosting a Fly Fishing Clinic from 14 – 17 March, 2023.
Three Falls offers incredible fly fishing opportunities for both rainbow and brown trout. The river has cascading weirs, that allow the fish to survive throughout the summer months, yet it does retain that river magic.
Each day’s fishing will be split into morning and afternoon sessions, with a lunch in between.
The fact that Three Falls has their own hatchery and that the fishery is managed incredibly well, mean that you’ll catch good numbers of quality fish.
The main aim of this trip is not only to catch as many fish as you possibly can – although we will try our best.

Three Falls lies between Dullstroom and Lydenburg, approximately 320km from Johannesburg.
