DESCRIPTION:We’re very excited to bring you a one-of-a-kind fly fishing event hosted at the incredible Kleinood Wine Estate. This exclusive event brings together two of our favourite things – fly fishing and astonishingly good wine. \nDragonfly larvae are one of the main food sources for many fish species\, especially stillwater trout. During the Dragons and Wine festival\, we’ll show you how to tie a very effective imitation of a a dragonfly larvae\, as well as how to fish it effectively. \nHighlights of the evening\n\nFeedback from Stream and Sea’s latest Eastern Cape small streams trip\nLearn how to tie a simple Dragonfly imitation. Bring your tying vices\, tools and light – we’ll take care of the fly tying materials. If you don’t have a vice or tools and you would like to give fly tying a try – please reach out and we’ll sort you out.\nStillwater fishing tactics\nDrinks: “Kleinood Experience” tasting menu and coffee\nFood: Kleinood’s opulent seasonal platters\, spilling over with charcuterie\, cheeses\, pickles and preserves\, are made to share between two.
