The purpose of the day is to have a fun-filled time with friends and family, engaging in fishing and socialising, while also raising funds for the GNFFA’s upcoming events.
The event will offer a range of activities focused on learning and sharing. Participants can engage in a fly casting clinic, learn fly tying techniques, attend talks on fishing etiquette and fly fishing equipment, and explore opportunities in competitive angling. Throughout the event, experienced anglers from GNFFA will be stationed at various locations around the dam, providing valuable insights and practical demonstrations of diverse stillwater fly fishing techniques.
