For most people, fly fishing seems like a strange pastime that old men in tweed jackets do where they swing a line over the water endlessly. This can’t be further from the truth as fly fishing has a young and vibrant community and it is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in nature. Yes, it is a form of fishing, and catching fish is mostly what it’s about, but the more time you spend fly fishing the more you’ll realise it’s actually a lifestyle-orientated activity.
This introductory course will teach you the basics behind fly fishing and fly casting so that you have a better understanding of what it’s about.
What the course will cover:
Because this course serves as an introduction, we will supply all the gear needed.
